If you find manufacturing defects (e.g., holes, wrong size labels, broken zippers) within 30 days of receiving goods, please send us photos/videos. We will offer a refund, free replacement, or credit for the defective units. Note: Custom products cannot be returned for "change of mind," only for quality issues.
